If you need to file a claim, please contact American Collectors Insurance at 800-360-2277 as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can provide the details of your claim by filling out this form. You can expect timely response and settlement of your claim from our carrier, American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida*. Please have as much information available as possible when you report your claim, including your policy number, details regarding the accident or loss, the date and time the damage occurred (if known), the items/vehicles affected by the damage, and most importantly, the best way to contact you regarding the claim.
